In July 2026, Leonard R. Stamm joined Scrofano Law PC www.mdcrimlawyer.com as “Of Counsel.” In this role, he will continue to review cases, provide advice and training to lawyers in the firm and to public defenders, and update his treatise, Maryland DUI Law. Scrofano Law PC has a great group of skilled and experienced criminal defense attorneys, including, Paolo Gnocchi and Michelle LaTorre in Rockville, Joseph Scrofano and Jason Kalafat, in DC, and Gretchen Taylor Pousson and Matthew Kensky in Virginia.
